perfect location helpful staff
the location is amazing!!! it's right across from the beach and pier. a quick walk gets you to shops, the train, and the bus station. torquay and brixham are really easy to reach. the staff were friendly and helpful!!!

The room was clean, with a comfortable double bed. a roku tv with internet access was included, and i found that useful. i particularly appreciated the upgraded room i received. It offered a good view of the seafront.
the air conditioning unit in my room was not connected, as the wires were visible on the side.

The staff were friendly. Ali was especially helpful and cute, this, and i felt well-cared for. solomon was the front of house and couldn't have been more helpful!

The location was directly across the beach, providing easy access. The hotel is right on the sea front! this proximity made it very convenient for accessing seaside amenities and enjoying the views.

there was space in the lounge downstairs to sit and eat takeaway dinners, this area provided a practical alternative to eating in the room. although not a full dining service, the option was appreciated.

charmed by the seaside stay
cute staff electric fan sea front
the staff was very cute. i got an electric fan for my room, it was much appreciated. the location is right on the sea front, lovely walks are very close.
the hotel needs an upgrade, especially the shower was very dirty.

this hotel sits perfectly near the beach and pier. shops are a short walk away, as are the train and bus stations. you can reach torquay and brixham easily. the harbour offers boat trips and food.

my room was clean and quiet. i found the bed to be very comfortable. fresh towels and tea and coffee facilities were in the room. the sea view was amazing from the room.

the reception staff were friendly and helpful. they kindly assisted with my luggage. they also made sure our parking spot was free. nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
